These Terms of Use apply to your use of otomaticdigital.com and its public pages, guides, downloads, calculators, readiness checks, contact forms and audit-booking links. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms.
You must not interfere with the website, try to bypass its security or access controls, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, or use automated systems to collect or use its content without permission. This does not prevent recognised search engines from indexing the site in line with our robots.txt instructions.
The website, guides, calculators, readiness checks and audit discussions are general information. They are not legal, tax, financial, employment, regulated-profession, security or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.
Any calculator, readiness-check or audit output is illustrative. It depends on the information entered and assumptions used, and is not a quote, forecast, guarantee, commitment or promise of savings, results, suitability or compliance. Check important decisions independently before relying on them.
A contact-form submission, Cal.com booking, guide request, calculator submission or discussion with us is an enquiry only. It does not create a paid-service contract, commit either party to work, or amount to an offer accepted by Otomatic Digital.
This website does not provide an online order or checkout process. A paid engagement is formed only when we expressly agree it in writing. The applicable written quote, proposal, statement of work or client agreement will set out the scope, price, deliverables, timing, payment, data handling, cancellation and support arrangements. If it conflicts with these Terms of Use, that written agreement takes priority for the engagement it covers.
Unless we say otherwise in writing, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our free guides and downloads for your personal use or your organisation's internal business use.
The website's text, guides, branding, design, images and other material are owned by or licensed to Otomatic Digital and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The website may link to or embed services run by third parties, including Cal.com. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through the website and for having the right to provide it. Do not send credentials, special-category personal data, highly confidential information or material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harmful through public forms unless we have expressly agreed in writing to receive it that way.
We use information you submit to deal with your enquiry or request as explained in our Privacy Policy. Submitting information does not give us ownership of it, but you give us the limited permission needed to receive, review and respond to it.
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or current. We may change, suspend or remove website content, guides or tools when reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Our cookie controls explain and manage optional analytics cookies. These Terms of Use do not replace a consent choice or give us permission to send marketing where the law requires your consent.
Guide email preferences can be changed or withdrawn using the route described in the Privacy Policy and guide emails.
Read our Privacy Policy for the full details.
If you buy services from us as a consumer, we will provide the pre-contract information, cancellation information and confirmations required for that particular agreement before you are bound. Nothing in these Terms of Use removes rights that consumer law gives you.
If you have a concern about the website or a service discussion, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it directly.
Email hello@otomaticdigital.com with enough detail for us to understand the issue and respond.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its last-updated date. Changes will not alter a paid agreement already made unless both parties agree in writing.
These Terms of Use and any non-contractual obligations connected with them are governed by Irish law. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence, and does not override any mandatory rule on where a consumer may bring a claim.
