Butterfly Care & Support had been delivering care in Melbourne for years with nothing online. No website, no enquiry form, no way for a family searching for a provider to find them or get in touch.
The timing made it urgent: the business was preparing to apply for NDIS registration, and a working public presence was part of being found, verified and listed.
Every family who went looking found nothing, and every enquiry that never arrived was a client cared for by somebody else.
A full site covering the six care services, built in Framer so the owner can edit copy and images herself without waiting on a developer. Contact forms route enquiries straight to her inbox, which replaced having no lead capture at all. A written handover document covers every update she is likely to make.
The site shipped fully SEO optimised and began ranking organically on Google. Google Search Console was connected at launch, so ranking and query data was there from the first week rather than reconstructed months later.
Heatmaps and site analytics feed a single view showing where visitors drop off and how each page performs. Built for someone with no time for tooling, so the whole picture reads at a glance.
A separate platform for clients who need support with diet and activity. They sign in with Google, enter their details, and the system builds a curated plan with calorie tracking, ready-made meals and recipes. It lets the business support client health without hand-writing diet plans or tracking progress manually.
The site went live in 2 weeks and the business is now NDIS registered and listed. Enquiries arrive at 25 a week from across Australia, and the systems recover A$1,120 every month that manual work used to absorb.
